Empowerment English Proficiency Test Registration and Reward Program for Students of the College of Dental Medicine, Kaohsiung Medical University

• Test Dates：Speaking & Writing Test: October 19, 2024 / Listening & Reading Test: November 23, 2024
• Eligibility： Current students of the College of Dental Medicine

Registration Deadline：From now until 11:00 AM, September 10, 2024 (Tuesday)

Reward Program：

I. Purpose:
To encourage students from the College of Dental Medicine to participate in the Empowerment English Proficiency Test, developed by the Language Training and Testing Center (LTTC) commissioned by the Ministry of Education.

II. Eligibility:
Limited to students from the College of Dental Medicine who participate in the Empowerment English Proficiency Test during the 1st semester of the 2024 academic year.

III. Rewards:

(一)   【Monetary Rewards】

Application schedule will be announced on the respective college websites.

(二)   【Extra Credit for English Grades】

• Students participating in either the "Listening & Reading" or "Speaking & Writing" test will receive an additional 2 points on their semester final grade for the Freshman English course.
• Students who have been exempted from Freshman English can receive 2 additional points on the semester final grade of the substituted General Education EMI course or Advanced English course (ESP/EAP).
